"you can smudge it or wear a clean line. it is not advertised as waterproof, but, it totally is. Make sure you use a stiff brush with it (they sell one right next to it in the display case)."

Fabulous Eyeliner...

Pros: doesn't smudge, lasts all night Cons: espresso brown color is a bit too dark
"I really like this eyeliner. I have had so much trouble finding an eyeliner that would stay crisp and clean without smudging, and yes I have tried applying foundation and powder to my eyelids before applying my eyeliner, but it would still smudge! I don't like liquid eyeliners because I think that the line is too sharp, but this gel eyeliner is perfect! I can smudge it right after applying for that smokey look or I can apply a clean line. The best part is that after a full night of dancing, it is still perfect! I cannot express how frustrating it was to have to reapply my eyeliner every hour while out dancing. With Femme Couture's gel eyeliner I never worry whether it has rubbed off or that I have dark smudges beneath my eyes. If you haven't tried this yet, you should!"

"I had my makeup done once at a Clinique counter and fell in love with their cream liner, but when i saw this at sally's for a fraction of the cost, i couldn't pass it up. this stuff is amazing. good saturation, stays put until you take it off, once it's dry it's impossible to smudge. Great value for its price."

"I saw a youtube tutorial where a girl used L'Oreal's HIP gel eyeliner and wanted to try it.. but never got around to it. When I saw Femme Couture's Gel Eyeliner at Sally's for only $4.49, I had to try it. I love it. The pigmentation is amazing and it lasts all day long. I really like the way it goes on. I can't wait to get the Navy and Espresso! I highly recommend this. And an angled eyeliner brush works best."
