Amazing eye shadow value!
Date: January 8, 2009
"These compact eye shadows are exceptional in quality for the price. Color choices are awesome and they are so much fun for all ages. Both of my daughters and I use them faithfully, and we have given them as gifts. Now our friends are buying them, too. Thank you Sally! Keep the values coming."

Pros: many colours to choose from, they can connect together, pigment is good
"well i haven't been using eye shadows for a long time, but i am all about good products for affordable prices. For me i would rather buy a cheaper product than go off and buy a very expensive product even though it works very very very well. these eye shadows are very cheap and work very well in my opinion. they come in cute connecting containers which are awsome and there are many choices of colours. i only bought three just to try them out and i am satisfied. i am planning to buy more when i go back"

FABULOUS Eye Shadow, EVER
Date: December 3, 2008
"I absolutely love these fabulous Eye shadows!! Who would have thought that such a wonderful eye shadow would come in the smallest package. The colors are AWESOME and they wear all day. I typically shop in Department Stores for my makeup, but once I discovered these beautiful babies, this is all I use on my eyes. They are silky, soft and shiny......very GLAMOROUS!! After sampling two colors, I returned to stock up on other colors, I didn't realize how affordable these are!!!! WOW, i bought 4 colors for under $5.00. I would recommend these to everyone."

Totally Worth It!
Date: October 28, 2008
Pros: excellent blendability, excellent price
"I wasn't looking for these shadows at first when I came into Sally's, but when I saw the price on them I went crazy! My boyfriend was looking at me weird, but $1 is worth going crazy over, especially on my college student budget. The colors glide on smooth and the the vibrancy is intense. I don't plan on going to any other brand for shadow, especially the NYC duos (which go on scratchy, and the pigment doesn't transfer on the lid). The packaging is cute and convenient. I like how I can make my own little trios or quads. Best of all, NO fall-out!"

Great!

Pros: great price, many color choices
"I love this eyeshadow! Its small (and very cute) and i love you can attach it. There are many colors and its totally worth it. It works just as well as compacts that cost 3 or 4 dollars but is so much less expensive."

Sally Girl Connecting Eyeshadows
Date: October 1, 2008
"At age 45 I have tried many brands of eyeshadow, all the major drugstore brands and many from the Mall. These little 99-cent shadows are as good as any $30 eyeshadow I have ever tried. In college I used YSL; I have used Lancome (rich color); MAC (vivid colors); Clinique (excellent coverage). The drawback was always either having 20 single shadows in a box, or settling for colors in a trio or quad that I didn't use. Sally Girl Connecting Shadows are the best of all worlds - rich vivid colors and excellent coverage. Like the old YSL that I used to use, it only takes a little to get these results! Thank you Sally's for saving me money while providing excellent quality once again!"

Amazing!
Date: September 7, 2008
Pros: price, texture, pigmentation Cons: you become addicted to them!! (jk)
"I reently became more into makeup, and started watching makeup tutorials on YouTube, but all the makeup used was super expensive, and I started to look for alternatives. I came to Sally's one day and found these eye shadows and loved the colors (and the price). I bought three. I used them and I loved how pigmented they were, the texture, and how long lasting they are. I came back to the store a couple of days later and bought 4 more. Today I went in and bought 6 more. I love the variety of colors, and I will probably keep buying untill I have all the tones :]
Colors I have: Glow Green, Rose, Charcoal, White Chocolate, Purple Passion, Burundy, Lilac, Orange Crush, Coral, Champagne, Midnight, Aqua, and Blue Marine.
With what you buy one single eye shadow from Urban Decay, you could buy 16 different colors of the Sally Girl eyeshadows. I love them!!"

SO WORTH UR $$$$
Date: September 4, 2008
Pros: pigmented, great variety of colors Cons: none
"The eyeshadows are so worth the money you spent on it. There are a huge variety you can choose from and the good thing is that it's not expensive. I think these shadows are better than the expensive kinds from Sephora. Even though the packaging isn't all the great looking, I still bought nine colors and they work really well. My definite favorite is orange crush.
COLORS I BOUGHT: White Chocolate, Purple Passion, Burgundy, Cranberry, Cinnamon, Orange Crush, Beige, Aqua, and Teal"

Too good to be true? no!
Date: July 28, 2008
Pros: fantastic pigment, long lasting, great price, cute/functional container Cons: none!
"So, after checking out the website and reading previous reviews, I admit I was curious (and skeptical). Under a buck? Great coverage? I have to say everyone is right! It has fantastic pigment for eye shadow, especially for this price. It lasts longer than some expensive eye shadows that I use! I'm a convert! Try this stuff out!"

Some of the best shadows at ANY price
Date: July 9, 2008
Pros: blendable, excellent range of shades, long-lasting
"I bought a few of these just to see how well a $1 shadow would hold up, as I'd had trouble finding a great shade of matte taupe that wouldn't crease or fade. I bought bark, taupe, and gunmetal, took them home, and played. To my complete surprise, these are wonderfully textured, great pigment and extremely blendable. They last all day long and the color selection is truly fantastic. I went back to the store and bought ALL the rest of the shades. Truly, these are fantastic shadows at any price, but for $1 they are almost too good to be true. The only downside: if you try to pry them out of the pans (to put in other magnetic compacts) most of these colors will shatter. Leave them in the interlocking compacts. It's not all that elegant, but hey, for $1 I did not expect elegant packaging."

"I bought this eyeshadow in 5 colors and it is the BEST ever and for less than $1 makes even more sweet!! Quality Product Cheap Price
Date: May 22, 2008
Pros: smooth, stays on, vibrant colours
"The first time I walked into the Sally Store, I noticed the eyeshadows, then the price and figured that a product cant be good if it has a low price. I was wrong! I saw online rav's about this cheap little connecting eyeshadows and I purchased 6, they are comparable to the high end brands of eye shadows. Smooth to put on and full of colour! Amazing product!!"
