Cons: "dusty", difficult to apply
"Based on the packaging, these little glitters are very pretty. But when I actually tried to use them, they were very difficult to keep on my eye. And the glitter got everywhere! Maybe I'm using them wrong, but I'd go for their eyeshadows instead, not these!"
