"I have had this flat iron for 23 months and I rarely use it because...the temperature dial can not be set. During the process, my finger and/or hand touches and moves the temperature dial setting and I have burnt hair."

"I purchased this product ant it is amazing. I have crazy curly hair and I could never get it to be fully straight. This, did it for me, one try and I'm done for three days. This is just great and I RECOMMEND THIS FLAT IRON TO ALL."

The Best Flat Iron...EVER

Pros: maitains even heat, heats quickly and stays hot, floating plates
"Take it from a 33yr old mixed woman with the curliest hair you have ever seen - this is the best FI ever. Relaxers didn't work...blow drying was a pain...and those 210 degree (celcius) chi things...my hair scoffed at that attempt. But this...oh, it's amazing. silky smooth and straight for minimum four days. I can blow dry and flat iron in about an hour... which is amazing for me. (Previously a 3 hour task). Recommend HEMP hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner, and Ceramic Silk hair straightening cream also. My hair is so shiny and beautiful. All you girls out there with crazy curly hair know shine is non existent for us as curly hair is flat and oil does not travel down the hair shaft. I love this flat iron."

Amazing Product

"I have amazingly thick hair. it used to take me about 45 min. to straighten my hair but after i have this i only take about 20 mins. it leaves my hair shiny and almost frizz free. life would be amazing if you never had frizz :) Sometimes my hair gets caught in the side, but my friend has one too and hers doesnt do that, so maybe its just a defect."
