Beautiful Color
Date:September 11, 2013
Pros: beautiful color shiny leaves hair healthy
"I used to dye my hair black, I'm talking shoe polish black #1. I wanted to go for something a bit more natural, so I chose Wella Color Charm in 4N. The color is absolutely beautiful, it's a very deep Megan Fox type brown. Every time I use it, it leaves my hair so shiny and healthy looking.
However, this is not what I would call a medium brown at all. It's a very dark shade, especially during the first couple of weeks. But, if that's what you're looking for, you can't beat it. I think Wella is the best for Brunettes."

Pros: adds wonderful protective coat to hair
Cons: will be darker than other products
"Reading the other reviews, it seems that no one realized that this hair color does not work the same way that permanent color works. Demi colors will come out darker because they deposit more heavily than a permanent. If you are trying to make a match with an over-the-counter product, I suggest that you pick a demi color that is lighter, e.g pick a 6G if you're using a 5G. With this product, it would be safer to choose something lighter, as it will not fade or "wash out" as permanent color sometimes does (depending on the client's hair condition).
As for staining, this stuff comes out with a normal scrub - no real need for color barrier around the face.....if you've ever used Redken products, you know you're stuck with stains for a week."

Pros: beautiful color smells nice feels nice not so d
Cons: cons: stains skin easily
"I used the dye and it turned out dark brownish black, i wanted that color anyway so it did'nt matter to me. The dye smelled nice and was'nt that damaging the only problem was it stains skin very easily. I would reccomend this product to anyone."

i love it
Date:December 19, 2009
Pros: smells good, my hair is softer after using it, doesnt drip, good price
Cons: darker than what i thought
"best hair dye i have used by far, and really its cheaper than box dye from a supermarket. Doesnt really drip, and if it does it wipes off clean. (awesome for my white bathroom.) and when washing away doesnt leave color on the walls of the shower (with box dye i almost always had to wash the walls after.) but it came out a bit darker than i expected but thats minor detail because it will fade out."

Good hair color
Date:June 1, 2009
Pros: good price, no offensive smell, even color deposit
Cons: final result darker than expected
"The sun tends to lighten my hair in the summer leaving it a little streaky with hints of red. I bought this color attempting to go back to my natural brown. I guess I'm not naturally a medium brown after all! I normally use Natural Instincts in a medium brown. This one is a lot closer to a dark brown than medium brown but I'm not too concerned since it will most likely come out a bit when I wash it.
This is the first hair color I've used that doesn't have an offensive smell! Never overpowering and with a nice fragrance."
