Makes The Cheaper Polishes Look Great!

"I don't like waiting for polish to dry. At all. This stuff dries quickly and holds up well. It also makes my cheaper colors shine like they're still dripping wet. Fabulous! Have recommended this to friends."

This is just okay

Pros: dries fairly quickly
Cons: smudges nail art, not shiny once it dries
"There was a lot of hype regarding this top coat so I decided to try it. I use it merely as a fast drying top coat and put a better one over it because it's really only good if you're using basic polish with no nail art. No matter how long I've been waiting for my nail designs to dry,it always smudges them pretty badly. Also,after it completely dries,I find the finish of this top coat to be quite dull. Ultra-high gloss as it claims to have isn't true but it does dry pretty fast. It's worth a shot for anyone who wants to try it I suppose,but my experience with it wasn't the best."

Very Fast, But Expected Faster

Pros: works quick, good shine
"I bought this yesterday because I hate sitting around waiting for my nails to dry. I used this with New York In a Minute nail polish. It started to dry very quickly, but I optimistically wanted it to dry completely within minutes and it did not. I've had the top coat on for twenty minutes and it is still slightly tacky, but I am able to do things with my hands. Overall, I will continue to use this topcoat because it cuts the initial drying time in half!"

Great Top Coat

"With this top coat, I no longer spend $8 a bottle for nail polish. I buy the cheap stuff, like $2-3 and put this over it. Its exactly the same. Plus the gloss/shine of this product is impressive. It also is great at smoothing out the surface if there were any minor smudges or ridges with the second color coat. I love this stuff. Great buy!"

One of the best nail purchases I've made.

Pros: dries quickly, thin
"I am a nail biter, and so I paint my nails often, so that I am not tempted to bite and ruin them. As a habit, though, I pick at the corners of the polish, and it would crack and chip. I also work with my hands, and that caused a lot of chipping as well. My friend recommended this to me, and it's a lifesaver. One nail polish colour will last up to a week and a half for me, and it's great!"

My Favorite Top Coat

"I've tried many top coats and this is my favorite. It lasts a long time, doesn't chip or turn yellow, is shiney, is not thick, and can be used for touch ups. Ten days is the longest I've worn it because I was tired of the color I had on. I touch up about every 3 days. Dries super fast, to the touch in about a minute and completely in about 5 minutes. I've recommended it to my friends and they love it."

Pros: thin, fast drying, no smell, long lasting, makes nails shiny
"I've tried a few different top coats including Seche Vite and Orly No Chip. Seche is overrated and Orly was awful! This one, however, is awesome! AND it's only $5 compared to the $10 of Seche and $8 of Orly! It's only "out the door" worthy if you have 5 minutes to let it dry fully or you're not driving. I use it with Orly Bonder and my polish stays on for 3+ days with a little tip wear! It's also a lot thinner than Seche which is a BIG plus!"

Best top coat ever...!

Pros: shiny, lasts and lasts and lasts, no chipping
Cons: slow drying
"I have used Poshe, Seche Vite, and CND top coats. Poshe and CND chipped the next day and while I really liked Seche Vite, I had serious nail polish shrinkage and lifting at the cuticles. I used out the door and I am going on day 5 with one tiny little chip that is barely noticeable. I paired it with Essie's protein base coat and I think I have finally found my base/top coat combo. I find out the door to be very shiny and it is much thinner than Seche Vite so multiple coats during the week do not get too thick on the nail. I found that it took a lot longer to dry than Seche Vite but it's worth it. This is going to be my go to top coat. I do a lot of typing for work and I didn't get any nail wear at the tips either - best ever...!!!"

BEST TOP COAT!

I do my own nails, due to the high cost of getting them done professionally. I am constantly looking for good products a bargain prices. I also want TOP quality products for my money. I have tried many items, brands, etc. As for topcoats I have heard that S*&che V$(t@ is suppose to be the best, however, I beg to differ! IMN Out the Door is SO much better for many number of reasons. For one is does not dry out in the bottle like the other guy. The other guys only let you use there thinner, thus more expense. I have not had to thin my Out The Door yet. I use it up before it ever gets thick and stringy, unlike the other guy. Also price; Out The Door is a bit cheaper, but well worth more in my opinion. It does everything that is claims and I like it better than the rest. Try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

How is this the same nail polish...?

"I purchased this nail polish because of the reviews and it's hard to believe this is the same polish I have. This polish peels and turns an odd color after a few days, not to mention it pulls off my french nail wrap when it begins to peel. Not sure what I am doing different, but I won't be purchasing ever again."

"I've used Out The Door for years. It makes cheap polish last a long time. I've not had a problem with it chipping except when I abuse my nails doing manual chores. I love this stuff, it makes polishing my nails tolerable because I hate the dry time. It does however get thick and difficult to apply when it gets old, but what polish does not? I don't have any negatives about this product."

"I think I had too much expectation! I was expecting it to be quick dry like Seche Vite top coat, but it's not. It's quick but not that quick enough for me. Other than that, it's not a bad product. I love that it's not thick and can be applied easily."

"Since Hoofer's Choice didn't perform to my expectations, I read through the reviews about Out The Door and decided to choose it. Boy am I glad I did! I'm on day 2 and my nails still look great. No chipping, no peeling. Two days may not sound like much, but for me it's an eternity because my hands are working hard all day. :)"

"Out the Door is REALLY fast drying and puts a thin layer of shine on my nails. Not super thick like many top coats and it leaves a smooth finish and does NOT dry leaving little bubbles on the nails like some other thick top coats.
My nails now look so professionally manicured and Out The Door stays beautiful on my nails for over two weeks!!! WOW! No other polish/top coat has ever lasted me that long.
I bought some for my sisters too!"

"I wanted to find something that would dry fast for my 4 year old because she likes nail polish and I only let her put on clear and she likes to touch it so it must be something that dries fast. This dries pretty fast and it seems to last a long time. I have been using it for over a year and have been satisfied. I typically get it to last longer when I color my nails and then use this top coat to go underneath my nails and the edges..then over the top. The color lasts longer in my opinion and looks more professional. I love this top coat out of the maybe 20 other topcoats I've tried in all of my life."

"I think this product does what it says. It dries fast and it does make your nails shiny but it doesn't do much else. I don't know if it will protect my polish because I just put it on but I think it's pretty much like the other top coats at Sally's. It is too pricey though and doesn't give the results I'm looking for. I am very picky though so maybe the other reviews will be helpful.
Oh, and I used this top coat on one hand and Beauty Secret's Hardener on the other and I like Beauty Secrets more!"
