Pros: works well in the beginning
Cons: gets dull quickly
"When I first bought this, it was great. Yes a few times the shavings leaked and my feet felt a little sore. but after a month or so it seemed that the blades had become dull and didn't perform like it did in the beginning. I've seen replacement blades but am not sure if I would purchase them. It is better than using a file and having the skin shed all over but it does seem to wear out quickly."

"Now I am used to buying products that feature "as seen on TV" and just about everyone has turned out to be a dud. But not the PedEgg Foot File, this thing actually works. I am often plagued with dry cracked heels so I need a picker-upper between the salon fixes, and this really leaves my heels feeling smooth, plus adding the file buffer helps to get rid of the little snags that may be left behind. A $10.00 value for this product is money well spent, I have wasted more money on worse things, you wont waste your money on this one. This is so small it fits comfortably in your purse, so you can take it any where for use any time."

"I used to get a pedicure every 2 weeks, now I do my own feet now with the PED EGG. My feet are smooth for two weeks at a time. WOW! I only go once a month to get my cuticles treated and every 2 weeks for a polish change. Thank you ped egg inventor"

"I guess it's useful to help from getting that thick skin on the heels, but as a working woman (not a desk job - truck driver, forklift operator, etc) at the age of 47, with "tough skin" on the bottom of her feet, this product is a pain to use. It takes forever to get a small collection in the container, and it hardly even put a dent in the thick skin on my heels! The problem area on my feet is not so bad yet that it's unsightly - no cracking and such - and I thought this would be a sinch...I was WRONG!
I'm sure that I'll get satisfying results if I sit down and file for an HOUR or TWO, on ONE foot, but who has the time for that?!
I'm sorry I paid money for this product."

Cons: kinda hard to open to clean out shavings
"Hated summer because of my cracked heels wearing only closed shoes and tennis shoes. After seeing Ped Egg on T.V. I decided what do I have to loose.Bought myself one for Mother's Day this year and I was very pleased after the FIRST use!!! Used it everyday since and WOW!! All I want to use is sandels. My husband can't stop touching my feet! Love the Ped Egg."
