Pros: heats up fast Cons: pulls out hair
"As others have stated, this product pulls your hair out, which hurts and is damaging to your hair! It does get my hair straight, but not as shiny and silky as I have gotten it with other irons. I have a Jilbere hair dryer that I LOVE, so I thought I'd try the flat iron in this brand as well, and sadly I am disappointed."

Pros: heats up fast and stays hot, get's your hair straight and silky
"I have purchased several flat irons in my day. I get my hair professionally styled several times a month, but there are times when I do it myself, but couldn't get my hair as straight as my stylist. I asked around and a coworker told me that the problem was probably my flat iron, and suggest I pick up a jilbere flat iron, told me I wouldn't be sorry....and I'm not. I am so excited about it. I have never been able to get my hair this straight, and to be able to go out in the heat, and it not frizz...I am truly amazed. I was so excited about it that I used it on my 9 year old. Her hair is very thick and coarse, but I was able to straighten her natural hair, and it looks like it was chemically treated. LOVE IT."

"I recently bought the iron and really like the size of it. It heats up fast and I can straighten my long hair alot faster than before. The only thing that I do not like is that at times, some hair strands get caught in the iron, and it hurts when your not expecting your hair to get yanked out of your scalp. Also, the smell of the hair strands that get caught and are burned is gross."

"I have naturally curly hair. With most straightning irons my hair would be frizzy with 30 minutes of fixing. This iron gets so hot that it completely straightens my hair and it stays that way. Also when I would straighten my hair before, other irons would damage the ends. This one doesn't. I would completely recommend it to anyone that has trouble getting their hair straight."

Pros: heats up fast, hair is shiny straight Cons: pulls hair out
"I've had the iron for a few months now and when I first used it I was very happy with the results of how silky my hair was and how straight it was.. On the other hand my hair is thin but frizzy, it pulled out alot of hair which had got stuck in between the plate and plastic. I love it but it hurts. I guess it all depends on what kind of hair you have."

Pros: it heats fast straightens fast and lasts forever Cons: its not cute....thats about it.
"I have the most expensive straightners there are...maxiglide chi ect. Then years ago my boyfriends little sister came home with this iorn. So one time I spent the night and did not have my iron at the,( which was the superstar iorn which was very expensive iron they were using on the talkshow MAURY it did wonders on the show so i had bought that around 300 dollars it was)....well anyhow i used her iorn and could not believe how fast and beautiful my hair looked it worked way better than any other iron i had ever used. So i ran out the next day and bought the exact iron looked at how cheap it was compared to the other ones i have bought i was like wow what a steal:) i have had it since i was 16 and i am now 24 almost. so i promise u will not be dissapointed i now straighten my 6 year olds daughters hair with it....also she is now 18 around 12 or 13 when she bought it and still uses it. i was so shocked they still have it."

Pros: high heat, long life span, doesn't burn hands while holding, leaves hair silky and shiny, hair gets hair done a lot faster, affordable Cons: a bit hard to reach the roots
"this is the best flat iron i have ever owned. I've had others and none have ever had as high a heat and made my hair so straight. i have very curly frizzy hair and i can get it pin staright with this iron. co-workers think i go to get my hair done professionally but i tell them i've done it myself and they cant believe it. it leaves my hair feeling so silky and shiny that my hair looks naturally staright."
