"I bought this with the recommendations of the reviews I read (there were 7 at the time of purchase) and can I just tell you how thrilled I am that I did!! So quiet, dries hair so fast, hair is shiny, healthy looking when finished. As a professional hairdresser, I rank this higher than Chi. The only downside I can say about it is the placement of buttons, it's easy to turn down/off without trying. Overall, VERY WELL PLEASED!!"

"I really couldn't believe how well this blowdryer worked. When I decided to buy it there was only one review on the website but I decided to give this blowdryer a try anyway. I am getting ready to graduate from cosmetology school and I need a blowdryer that will last me a while and do a great job. I really couldn't believe the results. I have some damaged ends on my hair and usually they wind up taking forever to dry and tangling. This blow dryer dried my hair faster and with no frizzing or tangling. Not only that, my hair felt softer, shinier and healthier after just the first use. My hands were even softer from running my hands through my hair while I dried it. Even other people noticed the difference in my hair, and that is always nice. I highly recommened this blow dryer to anyone. I couldn't ask for a better blow dryer."

"As with my flat iron, I was pretty set to buy an Chi dryer because of all the hoopla I'd heard about Chi. After spending over 100 on my daughters' Chi flat iron, then replacing it with an ion that works better, treats her hair better and cost 1/2 as much, I decided to try this hair dryer instead of the Chi. I'm SOO glad I did! Works great, light weight, low noise. I use the diffuser because I have THICK curly hair. It dries my hair in about half the time of any other dryer I've ever used."

"I'm not one to commonly say, "You get what you pay for," because typically (and especially in the case of Sallys), you CAN find something cheaper that works better than a popular name brand. However, Ion's Conditioning Tourmaline Dryer is absolutely wonderous and blows away the competition (pun intended.) It's high settings are great for quick drying, the cool button is perfect for that sudden hot scalp and to seal the hairs shine and close the cuticle. It cuts down dramatically on frizz and I found that my ends were far less damaged than with other dryers. I also love that it comes with the diffuser, cutting down on the complication of finding one that fits. I have tested this in comparison to a top name brand that sells for double the price and found it to be the same, if not better."

"It can be very powerful on its highest setting, but it has many settings. I love that it does not dry my hair out, but it still is silky smooth after I dry it! It comes with everything you need, so you don't have to buy separate attachments. You will be very pleased with your purchase!"

"This is the best blow dryer ever. Very hot heat when on high, but you can turn it down to a medium, low, or cool to seal out humidity after flat ironing. Already comes with a fitted diffuser and concentrator, so no need to buy separate, non-matching items. Blows very hard on high, but can be turned down also. Pretty and reliable."
