Best Purchase for Hair ever!!! Date: October 1, 2008
"I have really thick hair and previously spent 20-30 minutes trying to get it dry with conventional blow dryers to no avail. I bought the ION blow dryer and literally cut my drying time in at least half!!! I also got an added bonus - my hair doesn't feel brittle and/or damaged it feels silky and smooth!! I love it!!!"

Pros: driers hair faster, chord length, adjustable heat settings, included attachments

"I have had this dryer for between 1-1/2 and 2 years and I love it. It still works just as good as it did when I first got it. I was really reluctant to get one because of the price (I'd never spent over $25 on a hairdryer before). However, I decided to splurge and get one and I'm so glad that I did.

I have very thick naturally curly hair that tends to get very frizzy. I used to have to stand with a round brush and turn, turn, turn to get my hair to dry straight. After developing carpal tunnel in both wrists, I can't do that anymore. With this dryer, I find that it takes less time to dry and I get better results with less effort and my hair is not getting as damaged.

I do have a little damage from a highlighting mishap. Just recently, I switched back to the stylist I went to when I was a bit younger and she was really impressed with how healthy my hair is given that I straighten it with a flat iron/big curling iron sometimes as well.

The length of the chord is great. Another thing I like about this dryer is the adjustable heat settings (hot, warm, cold). There is a cold shot button like most dryers have but with this one, you can also switch it to cold versus having to hold the button in. This makes it easier to brush it while locking/sealing the cuticles. It just makes things easier, if you use the cold feature.

Also, I like is that the diffuser and concentrator attachments were included. There was no need to purchase them separately. If you add up the cost of a less expensive dryer that you have to purchase separate attachments, you may wind up paying about the same as the cost of this dryer and attachments.

So, overall I don't have any complaints about this hairdryer. Definitely worth the money."

"My hair was greatly damaged by chemical processing and I needed a blowdryer that would be gentle without costing a lot. A Sally Beauty rep recommended this product to me and I'm glad they did. Right away my hair looked and felt better."
