Pros: works great, lasts forever Cons: too much can make your hair appear greasy
"This stuff is great. I was a little apprehensive, but after using it a couple times I fell in love with this product. I use it almost everyday and it gives my hair a great shine and helps manage my frizz and wavy hair. I use before blow drying sometimes, and it leaves my hair smelling good and it makes my hair manageable. The great thing about it, is a little goes a long way! You don't need much and that little bottle lasts a long time. I send my customers to Sally's just for this product. Its that good!"

"So long as you don't put in too much, this product works great!! However, if you put in more than a couple of squirts, your hair will be a bit on the greasy side."

"I have naturally curly hair and sometimes straighten it. After washing and conditioning, I towel dry my hair and apply the Straight Shot Smoothing Serum and blow dry it straight. It leaves my hair smooth, silky, shiny and frizz-free. I love the scent of it also and not too heavy on my hair."

"The Beyond The Zone Straight Shot Smoothing Serum is one of the best products i have came across so far. Sure you can problaly go out, hit HSN or others selling something similar but you cant beat the price and the results it gives you. After a shower i run this serum through my hair and comb it though. I have Bologna curls and it makes my hair look just beautiful curly or straight. It reduces the frizz in the humid temputures and we all know, if u have curly hair.. what i am talkint about... it kind of looks like mad scientist hair..lol. I can choose wheather i want my hair straight or curly and apply it when my hair is wet and it says to blow it out with a blow dryer which i will let you know that it does work beautifully but i like to use my flat iron it WORKS WONDERS! from root to tip anti Frizz and sleeky smooth. All in all this product is a great one for those with curly hair thats frizzy. Hope you read and ENJOY it ladies... im sure you will :) ~NIKKI~ ILLINOIS"

"ok. my name is amy. I have had my hair straight for a long time and FINALLY wanted to change it.. I went just about everywhere to find something to at least me a little bit of curl.. hairspray?? that just made it hard and not like I wanted it.. Trust me I tried plenty of things! than I rememberd I went to sallys a while back for hair extentions and they were also amazing, so I thought well I'll try there and see if they have anything that will fix my hair into style. The employe's helped so much, and introduced me to beyond the zone hair treatment.. and i also have frizzy hair! ok I used this one friday night before i went out, omg.. it worked amazing, i was serioulsy shocked lol my hair looked beautiful, and not just in a little period of time i mean tha whole night! i didnt have the same straight hair i had NO frizzy, perfect curly hair. I always buy more when i run out, i would recomend this to any girl/woman that wants curly, full, none frizzy hair out there cause i promise it really works.. i absolutly LOVE sallys for hair, makeup, even nails. i cant think of any other place that would top sallys, serioulsy lol well i hoped i helped some ladies out there ; ) xoxo"

Pros: hair stays straight & shiny, makes your hair really smooth, smells better than chi serum and works better Cons: a little greasy & sticky
"I just add a few pumps then blow dry then I add another pump and seperate my hair into sections before I flat Iron my hair. I use a GVP flat Iron to straighten my hair. I LOVE this smoothing serum! I can tell a HUGE difference when i use it. I am in college and my roomates always try to sneak it out of my room and use it! I highly recommend!"
